What Is Your Return Policy?
Other than merchandise marked as FINAL SALE, you may return the merchandise to The golden ratio sovereign center store if the item is from our personal merchandise selection - as most merchandise available will be from third party sellers who have our stamp of approval - for it being fractal - or at goldenratiosovereigncenter.com for any reason within 90 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be unworn and undamaged with the original receipt or packing slip to receive a full refund via your original form of payment (including PayPal).*
Returns made without the original sales receipt or pack slip must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a merchandise credit that is equal to the current selling price. GRSC may limit the number of returns permitted without an original sales receipt or shipping invoice.

Returns with a gift receipt will be issued as a merchandise credit or even exchange. If returned or exchanged at GRSC.com, any funds credited will be automatically issued on the original form of payment.
Returns purchased with any GRSC Rewards or offers will be refunded only the final purchase price. Rewards and offers will not be reissued or recredited, except for exchanges made on the same day of purchase.
Please allow 7-10 business days once we receive the product to process your return and credit any funds on your original form of payment.
GRSC Reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of the receipt.

Is There A Return Fee?
For GRSC Golden member's , return shipping is free. For all other customers, if you use our pre-paid return label, the costs of return shipping is $8.50 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund.
Can I Exchange An Item?
Exchanges can only be processed if you wish to purchase the same item in a different size or color. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please follow the returns process and place a new order.
If you choose to exchange your item in the online portal, your exchanged item will be shipped to you once GRSC has confirmation that your exchange has been dropped off at FedEx. You won’t be charged shipping and you will receive confirmation with tracking information when your new item is shipped out. Our prepaid label accepted in most areas (International and Puerto Rico orders are excluded).
If the exchanged merchandise is not returned unworn, in the original packaging, and together with the original sales receipt or shipping invoice, then you will be charged for both the original purchase and the exchange.

How To Process My Return If I Paid With Paypal, Venmo, Afterpay Etc.?
If the full amount of your purchase was made with PayPal, your refund will be credited to the form of payment made by PayPal if a combination of PayPal and gift card were used to make a purchase, the entire refund will be issued on a gift card. If paid with PayPal, Venmo, or AfterPay, exchanges should be made in store, if possible. Shoephoria! center representatives are not authorized to log into customer accounts to make a new purchase.

Returns & Exchange
Not totally satisfied with your purchase? We want to make it right. That's why returns and exchanges at GRSC are easy—whether you return merchandise back to GRSC.com or to a GRSC store physically located in the US.
Note: Merchandise purchased at a GRSC store or online at www.GRSC.com must be returned through those channels.

Merchandise purchased as part of a Buy One Get One “BOGO” promotion are eligible for return or exchange. Returns or exchanges of BOGO merchandise will be refunded or exchanged on a pro-rated basis consistent with how the BOGO discount was applied at the time of purchase.

Certain merchandise at GRSC is marked as “FINAL SALE.” Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Fragrances, dry shampoos, nail polish, facial care products, products containing alcohol, rechargeable batteries, and USB rechargeable devices (“Specialty Products”) that are FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged once opened or the original packaging or seal has been broken or removed.

Specialty Products that are unopened in their original packaging with seal in-tact may be returned to any GRSC store.

Specialty Products cannot be returned to GRSC.com.

GRSC Reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.
*GRSC Golden membership may return merchandise up to 365 days of the original purchase date (for all purchases made after April 30, 2018).

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges for Sellers

GRSC is a venue made up of independent sellers who run their own shops. This means that each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Individual policies will vary from shop to shop.
If you’re a seller outside of the EU, you must set a return policy whenever you edit or create a new listing for a physical item, even if it is to let buyers know you do not accept returns or exchanges on that listing.
If you enter into a return agreement with a buyer via GRSC Messages or GRSC case system, we require you to fulfil that agreement. This may include:

Issuing a refund for the returned item(s)

Providing GRSC with proof of dispatch for a replacement item
If you do have a problem with a transaction, it’s best to contact the buyer directly via GRSC Messages. Buyers are also encouraged to contact you if they experience any issues.

If you enter into a transaction with a buyer that is located in the European Union, you are subject to comply with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights.
For an EU buyer wishing to resolve a dispute with an EU seller: we believe our case system is the most effective and speediest means of resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. However, if you don't want to use our case system, you have the option of using the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
